To recover your password, you need to do the following:
- When you enter the application, use the "“Forgot password?”" function, after which an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email associated with your account.
- Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
- Return to the login and enter your username and new password.
If you don’t remember the email or don’t have access to it, you need to go through the IMEI release procedure. Please contact us at support@gps-trace.com with the unit ID, send a photo of the tracker so that the IMEI is visible, we will inform you of additional steps to take.
