Not all trackers have the technical ability to change IMEI. In addition, we recommend that you refrain from changing IMEI, because this can lead to duplicate units in our system and, accordingly, incorrect display of the unit on the map.
We recommend using the IMEI that is already installed for your tracker. To find out, you need to send the appropriate SMS command to the tracker.
