No, according to the Privacy Policy it is not possible in our application, the account belongs to one person.

But application has the unit geolocation sharing function, and the user can provide the generated link to anyone

For this:

Select the Units tab and click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the card of the unit you need
Click on the Sharing
Then you can set the time interval for the existence of link
Click on the Create button

After that, you can copy the link and share it

The fact is that we have already thought about such a solution, so we will be glad to your suggestions in improving the sharing function.

Also, we would like to add that the sharing link lifetime can be set for a maximum of a year. A time interval of more than 12 days can be set by clicking on the calendar icon in the Live Location field

I share a vehicle with a friend, I currently have 3 vehicles in my app but dont want to give them full access to see all of them. Can I create him a new account and add the unit with the IMEI to a second account then he can receive geo fence alerts on the device?

Im aware of the shaing URL but this wont allow them to login to the app and receive alerts will it?

Yes, you’re right: sharing access does not provide geofence entry/exit notifications for the shared user. Notifications are tied to the account where the unit is registered, so a shared link/view-only access won’t trigger geofence alerts.

The only workaround in your case is to move the tracker to a separate account and then give both you and your friend access to that same account. Please note that one tracker cannot be registered in two accounts at the same time — it must belong to a single account.

Also, you may want to consider using Flespi Guard (Forguard) instead of Ruhavik. Forguard supports multi-user access to one account, with access limited to a selected number of units. More details are described here: GPS-Trace 2025: What we built in 2025 to improve your business.

Hi, thank you for your question.
Regret, but you can not track the same tracker on 2 different accounts.
If you wish, you may delete that unit and create another account in Ruhavik with this unit only and track that one vehicle using the same credentials from a new account.
Or you may use the sharing option, but without alerts or notifications in geofences.
