The system works on the basis of data from your device(GPS tracker).
You can see the data messages coming from your device yourself in the unit’s Toolbox. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/tools
In this case, firstly, check on the tracker side:
1) Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
2) Check the location of the device inside the vehicle. The device should not be in a shielded space. Also, try taking the device outside and moving around with it. See if the device starts sending geolocation.
