I bought a GF22 gps but I’m having some problems. Opening the device I saw that the sticker with the IMEI number is missing and the TF card slot is missing. I followed the instructions in the manual, connected to the site www.xtgps.top, entered the SN and logged in. However, even if the LEDs indicate that the tracker has found the GSM network and the GPS signal, it is always off-line on the site. I tried calling the GPS phone number. The device responds and I can listen so the GSM signal is ok. What could be the problem? Thank you very much.

If you want to know the IMEI of your tracker, you need to send an SMS command to it, the response to which will contain the IMEI of the tracker. According to the information on the Internet, you need to send an SMS command to the tracker

The idea is that if a device doesn’t respond at all, it may simply be faulty.
Unfortunately, we can’t help you in this case
