We, the GPS-Trace team, are developing an application for personal GPS tracking Ruhavik and Forguard.
We have nothing to do with the production and sale of trackers.
Some manufacturers may indeed have problems with numbers. To connect the device to our system, you can try using the number that the device gives you in response to the command. If this does not work, then try the number that is located on the case.
Also note that some devices allow you to change their ID number.
