Battery Low Notification Frequency

Hello, when I trigger a battery level notification I noticed it will only trigger one notification once over some time period. For example, let’s say the notification threshold is set to 10%. I unplug the external battery, and it gives a notification since the backup battery is below 10%. I plug the external battery back in to get above 10% and then disconnect again a few minutes later, it won’t trigger another battery low notification for some time. I understand why you wouldn’t want to keep sending notifications, but I would expect once the level exceeds the 10% threshold, it would reset notifications. Is thee a specific time limit? The only way I can get it to reset notifications is to disable and re-enable battery notifications in the app. I am testing in petovik, but assume this also applies to ruhavik.

The notification may not come if the charge change from 11 percent to less than 10 percent occurred several times in less than 60 seconds. Otherwise, the notification must be generated and received.

In case anyone else is wondering, the official answer from support is no more than 1 battery low notification is sent per hour. Also if you have 10% threshold set, it actually needs to go below 10% before it will trigger.
