We checked your account and 2 units on it. As we can see, the unit with ID 359710043407049 simply does not send data.
It connects, but the data is not coming. You can see this in your unit’s Toolbox. –
Also in the Toolbox, you can see that the latest messages from your device are marked in orange.
The fact is that these messages came with a future time, which is an incorrect operation of the device. If you look at the messages, you can clearly see that the tracker sends messages on July 8th, but dates the message on July 9th.
Such messages are rejected by the system.
Most likely the problem is due to the wrong timezone.
You must have it configured on the timezone tracker 0 (UTC)
Tracker messages came with future time. You need to set right timezone
After changing the timezone messages will not be updated for some time , because they will be overlapped with the old ones. So you need to wait around a day.
After you fix the Timezone, move around with the device a little so that the coordinates of the device begin to change and most likely the device will start sending data correctly.
If this does not help, or other problems arise, send a screenshot of the device configuration (SMS commands and device responses to them), we will check the configuration and maybe we can help. Also, we do not rule out the possibility that your device may be malfunctioning.
