By the way, we do not have a SMS commands to reset this tracker, but we have a commands that can help you to configure it. An letter with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email associated with your account. Then you need to open the link and create a new password. Go back to the login page https://ruhavik.gurtam.space/auth/login , click login and fill in your username (your email address) and new password. If you want to reset the password in the Sinotrack pro application account, you can contact the developers of this application directly. They have the necessary expertise in this matter. Hi. Could you please help. I recently bought the Sinotrack ST901 4G on Aliexpress. I can get the correct real time location by sms commands but not online or on the app. It shows the location of may be a previous owner back in 2019! I tried the RESET sms command but it didn’t do a factory reset.
