First of all, please check the correctness of the Server and Port settings on the tracker, as well as the APN in accordance with the data of the operator of the SIM card that you use with the tracker.
If the problem is not resolved, please write to us about it at support@gps-trace.com indicating your username, IMEI and tracker model. Also try to request the current tracker settings from the tracker using an SMS command and send us a screenshot of the tracker’s response.
