Hi developer team,
inside the app, I get the wrong tarif version. I bought the premium tarif, but the app shows only „free“ version. How can this bug be fixed?
btw: is this forum the only way to contact the support?

First of all, please try to access the application on the device on which you subscribed. And on the subscriptions page, try clicking Update in the menu.
