Try to create a unit in the system with one of “Scout” device types. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/how-to-create-a-unit
And direct your device to the server and port specified in the Common unit settings. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/configuring-and-deleting-a-unit
As soon as your device starts sending data in messages to the server, you will immediately see it in the application.
If you have a problem with device configuration it is better to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings. Also, information on settings can be found in the instructions for the device.
