To slow update frequence for devices of type Topin 365gps.

To different Topin devices model ZX303 and ZX612 run on GPS-TRACE under protocol Topin 365gps. Both are configured to upload positional messages each 30 seconds but in GSP-TRACE the update frequence is 90 seconds at best. This error may be related to the fact that these devices may upload status messages with batterylevel etc. at a lower frequence than the positional messages. GPS trace should show new position immediately and not wait for status message.

On our part, there cannot be such a delay in receiving data from the device, if the device sends messages according to the protocol, we receive, process and display them in a matter of seconds without waiting for additional data from the device.

I have been testing this Topin ZX303 device against GPS-TRACE server
IP 193.193.165.166, Port 21736 and also against a server on GPSWOX.com today.
Device has ID 359339075949084 and uses unit type Topin 365GPS.
Upload frequency has been set to 10 seconds.
On GPSWOX what is shown on the tracking app and on the logs matches 10 seconds upload frequency quite accurate.
But on the GPS-TRACE the track update is at best 45 seconds and the timestamps on log show the same slow frequence.
My only theory is that the GPS-trace server ignores some uploaded messages if the frequency is high for this type of device. This is a pity as I otherwise like the application very much. Hope there is a solution to this.

When switching to GPSWOX.com positions that should have been processed by GPS-TRACE show up on GPSWOX. These are messages resend from the tracker because they have not been processed by the server.
My theory is that the GPS-trace server ignores some uploaded messages if the frequency is high for all type of devices using port 21736. This is a pity as I otherwise like the application very much. Hope there is a solution to this.
