How do I transmit the battery level and towing status? Where can I find out the full list of commands that can be sent via Wialon IPS?

As for the parameters that you wrote about, you can use the additional parameters that are described in the protocol. However, your device must be able to send such data to the system.

The “battery.level” parameter is responsible for battery notifications in the application. Use it.

What is the parameter for towing event? I tried sending towing.event: true but no notification was triggered despite having towing notification enabled.

Towing can be defined in two ways:
1) if the device sends a necessary parameter, which means the state of towing. Namely, the parameters:towing.event or towing.alarm.status

2) if the device is turned off the ignition, but the speed and location change.
engine.ignition.status=0 + position.speed>0

I guess I could also test setting towing.alarm.status: true

You can see last notification was for the alarm event with the same timestamp. Nothing triggered for the towing event.

Edit: maybe it’s because some other parameters are not set. I’ll keep playing around with it.

We found errors in processing algorithms. We additionally tied up on the state of the ignition. Now everything should work without it.

We have already made all the necessary corrections.
Please check. The unit (Unit->Menu->Events) already has towing events. And notifications will come for all new events.

Thanks, method 1 (towing.event: true) is now triggering notification… *but only if I also set engine.ignition.status: false

*I interpret that’s what you meant by “we additionally tied up on the state of the ignition”

Yes, this was the case before, it was also necessary that the engine.ignition.status parameter be in the message.
However, yesterday we changed the detection algorithm to trigger on the parameters towing.event or towing.alarm.status without the additional parameter engine.ignition.status in message.
If it is possible, please try sending only one of the parameters towing.event or towing.alarm.status as before to make sure everything is fine.
