Hello, Flavio ,
First of all, as we said, there were no problems with data reception on our part. The 40 second latency is a pretty serious problem and we would have noticed if this was a problem.
Also, the problem with sending data could be on the side of the mobile operator.
It is also possible that there may be some kind of delay on the device side.
Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot know what exactly the problem may be.
Please check with your service provider and the manufacturer or seller of the tracker.
With regard to sending a command to shutdown the engine.
Then such a delay does not interfere with the option to turn off the fuel, the command will simply queue up until the tracker gets in touch.
That is, if you send a command and at this time the device is not connected, the command will be sent as soon as the device is connected.
We also want to note once again that the problem in this case is not on the application side, but on the communication or tracker side.
