Hello, I have a problem I can’t get the TK915 4G to work well, at the beginning I tried adding the box on Hardware by choosing TK915 but it did not work at all and after looking a little in the forum I saw that we could go through Legacy ES GP06 it works but not correctly I have my box which is always in yellow it never turns green to tell me in gray that it is in function why? Thank you for your answers

For devices from the Legacy category, the status display is not available, so the device status, if it works correctly, will be yellow.

Nevertheless, please clarify why you failed to connect the device as TK-915 in the application? If you are actually using the TK-915 device (and not a clone or copy), then it should work correctly.

Yes yes it is a real TK915 4G, in fact when I put it in Hardware I have the Yellow GPRS led which flashes no longer and on the Ruhavik site I have the yellow which goes green for two seconds and it becomes yellow again and so since that I put them in Hardware at 7:10 pm it is 11:16 pm and no position

I just put it back in Hardware Tk915, it’s yellow then green 2sec but nothing happens the gsm led becomes fixed yellow, in legacy the gsm led flashes and I manage to have a tracing 🤷🏽‍♂️
