coban G05 wrong speed

hi i have two device coban g05
its work fine but i get wrong speed
if my real speed 40 it get 20km/h in website

i reset my devices with new configuration but a cant solve the problem

when it check my device location by SMS i get correct speed .
i think the problem with website
any one can help me
