First of all, it is important to understand that the application works based on data (messages) from your tracker.
We have checked the data from your tracker, and we see that the device sends messages very rarely.
For example, you can see it yourself if you go to the “History” tab in the unit menu. The track points are too scattered, which indicates that the device sends messages very rarely.
Also, according to the messages, it can be seen that the device sometimes loses connection, which is why messages come from the black box (that is, messages were first saved on the device, but were sent to the system only after some time (15-20 minutes).

In this case, first of all, check on the tracker side:
1) SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
2) Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
It is best to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings.
