Let’s clarify one thing, the system works with the data that your tracker sends in messages, the system has no other data.
So, in your case, first of all, you should check the messages from your tracker in unit’s Toolbox.

The data there will completely coincide with the data in the application, therefore, in this case, most likely the problem will be in the operation of your device (tracker).
On the device’s side, please check data sending intervals and operation mode.
Also, many devices have an option to adjust the accuracy of coordinates, try checking it further.
