If your unit is disconnected, firstly check:
1) SIM-card balance and traffic limits
2) Device’s working mode or/and intervals of sending data to the platform
It’s necessary to understand, that system works on the basis of messages from your device.
You can check the messages from your device using Toolbox in the app. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/tools
If there are no messages there or the device cannot connect, then you need to look for the problem on the device.
For help in setting up your device, you can contact the dealer or manufacturer of your device directly, they will be able to help.
If the problem cannot be solved, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the login, unit id and device type, we will try to help you.
