First of all, it is important to understand that our system works on the basis of the data that your tracker sends in messages. If earlier your tracker on the platform worked correctly, then you should immediately check the following things on the side of the tracker:
1) SIM card balance and traffic limits on it;
2) Tracker operation mode and data sending intervals.
Perhaps the tracker went to sleep, for example, due to lack of movement.
