Most likely, your device (tracker) is sending incorrect coordinates. In this case, you can try to configure sending data on the device side.
First of all, check the Unit’s Toolbox, where you can see all the data that the device sends with the time when the message was generated by the device and the time the message arrived at the server. More info here. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/tools
Check the data sending settings on the device side, maybe make the data sending interval more frequent.
