We double-checked and found no problems on our side.
If there were no changes on the device side.
Recheck the balance of the SIM card and the traffic limits on it.
Also, check to see if the communication provider had a problem.
Additionally, you can check the Toolbox of your unit.
There you can find connection attempts logs and messages from your device.
The device may have turned off during the specified period, or there was some kind of data error. All this can be seen there. More info about Toolbox here. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/tools
By the way, check the following things on the device side:
1) APN configuration
2) Intervals of the device sending data
If the problem cannot be found, write to us at email@example.com specifying login, unit ID and device type, then we can check it.
