Добрый день. В списке устройств не нашёл TK110. Подскажите есть ли возможность подключить устройство по порту 20488?

You can find TK110 in the Hardware category under Resiont TK110 device type.
Each unit can have its own server and port. When creating a unit, you will receive a specific server and port. Therefore, you cannot be sure that port 20488 will work for your unit.

Добрый день.
В списке устройств на вашем сайте отсутствует Resiont TK110. Что касается порта для моего устройства то я его проверил на http://id.wialon.net/.

Please recheck, you can find Resiont TK110 in the Hardware category.
Please see the screenshots attached.

If you can’t find this type of device, send us a screenshot, where it will be seen that this type of equipment is not in the list of the hardware category.
Also, you can write us login to support@gps-trace.com,with a link to this forum thread, then we can check your issue additionally.
