help to identify this gps tracker

I have this GPS tracker and I wanted to put it to work, that is, to use it again

I was searching on google but I didn’t find anything that was familiar to the indications of it

can you help me to identify this gps tracker to use on this platform

I bought it in the old INOSAT now it is VERIZON and at the time it was called My Locator by INOSAT

Please try to point your device to our debug server 193.193.165.37 and port 29355.
We will try to identify the device’s protocol.
But even if we determine the tracker protocol by its data, then it may have a rollover, if the tracker is old and has not been used for a long time and then it may need updated firmware.
