If you can’t create unit because of ID already exist in system, please write us to email@example.com.
In email, please specify login, device ID and device type, then we can check it additionally.
Perhaps you registered this tracker earlier in another account? In this case, first you need to remove the tracker from the old account and then you can register it in the new one.
