Notifications: Telemetry value

Hi to all.
I would suggest having a notification to configure that will get triggered if a specific telemetry value is inside/outside of the range.

For example, some of the devices will send an accident event, so it would be great to have an alert on this.

Thanks for the feature suggestion.
We plan to implement this functionality in a new application.
Unfortunately, this functionality is unlikely to appear in Ruhavik.
