First of all check correctness of selected unit device type and ID.
You can try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the Concox devices.
And then use device type and ID in unit settings.
Also point your device exactly to the DNS/IP and port that are specified in the unit settings.
As I can see you mentioned different ports for DNS and IP, although for one unit they must be the same.
There are also a few things worth checking out on device’s side:
1) APN configuration on your device
2) Sim-card balance and traffic limits
3) Device configuration by message sending interval
