Please check that you have correctly configured the APN on the tracker, and that everything is fine with the SIM card or chip that you use with the tracker, that there are enough funds and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
Also, please check that the data transmission intervals are configured on the tracker.
Also, if in general the data is received but there is some delay at the moment, then perhaps there is a communication problem in a certain place and the tracker first saves the data to a black box, and then sends it with a delay.
You can see how the data is received in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - section with messages at the bottom. If messages are highlighted in yellow, orange or red, then they probably arrived with a delay.
