Please try to create a unit with settings in the application:
Device Category - LEGACY
Device Type - Xeelectech LK210
And then configure the tracker to:
Server Host - 193.193.165.166
Port - 21368
Also, please set up the APN tracker and timezone 0 (UTC) regardless of your location.
