Since this is a popular tracker manufacturer and there are many of it’s tracker models registered, several ports are allocated for them to reduce the load. Both ports are correct, but for correct work with commands in the future, please configure each tracker to the port specified in the settings of the unit associated with it.
If there is a problem with the connection, then please, first of all, please check that everything is fine with the SIM card used with the tracker, that there are enough funds on it and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
Then please check that the APN is configured on the tracker and data transmission intervals are set.
