You can check if your tracker connects in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - at the top of the section with logs.
Your tracker may be connecting but not transmitting data.
In this case, you need to check whether the data transfer intervals are configured, and whether everything is fine with the SIM card used with the tracker: whether it has enough funds and whether the data transfer limits are exceeded.
If the situation is not resolved, please write in more detail about the problem indicating your username, as well as the model and IMEI of the tracker with which the problem arose.
