Please, check the messages from your device in Toolbox.
If there is no such data in messages from your device, then they will not be displayed in the application accordingly.
If parameters are present, then you can add this parameter to be displayed on the unit card in the unit menu - Settings - View.
If you have problems with this, write to email@example.com with your login, unit id and device type, then we can check it additionally.
The capabilities of your device, it is better to check with the manufacturer or equipment seller. You can also try to find this information in the manual for the device.
