When you go to the site id.wialon.net, at the top in step 1 you can see that the IP address to which you need to configure your tracker is 220.127.116.11
The port will depend on the type of device you are trying from the list that we indicated earlier.
Let’s take the TK110 (Resiont TK110) device for example.
To find out the required port for a given type of device, you can go from step 1 by the link to the list of devices (https://gurtam.com/en/gps-hardware), from there, for convenience, you can go to the full list of supported devices, you can just go straight open this link https://gurtam.com/en/all-hw. There you enter the name of the device in the search, in the example it is TK110, find the device and see the port to which you need to configure the tracker - in the example it will be 20488.
After that, configure the tracker for the given port and server. For TK110, we get server 18.104.22.168 and port 20488.
Once the tracker is configured and enabled, return to id.wialon.net. On the page you can see devices that are detected in real time. Specify the port in the column - the one to which the tracker was configured, for example it is 20488, press Enter. You will be able to see those devices that are identified as the TK110 device from our example.
You need to check whether your tracker has been identified, if so, then its IMEI (or part of it, if the tracker sends a part), you can see in the Unique ID column.
If your tracker is not identified. Please try to define it as the next tracker from the list that we gave you earlier.
