Hola.

No se que ocurre. Tengo mis cuenta bloqueadas o no he podido recordar mis contraseñas. Creo haber leído, que tras 2 meses de inactividad, las cuentas se bloquean. No me funciona la opción: recupera tu contraseña.

Mis nombres de usuario son: Sherpico y Poseidon. Ahora tengo un gran problema, no puedo registrar mi ID con otra cuenta nueva, porque estaban registrados en las 2 cuentas que tengo bloqueadas. Porfavor, como puedo recuperar mis dispositivos?

Escríbanos, por favor, a info@gps-trace.com indicando los nombres de sus usuarios, el nombre o el ID de la unidad que tenía registrada anteriormente y el e-mail con el que quisiera registrarse de nuevo. Lo vamos a comprobar localmente.

Why is the account blocked?

ibizapro2, email info@ibizaprodj.com is used in the account "ibizapro2" which was created yesterday 2017-10-12 00:20:11

Account "ibizapro" does not exist in the data base. It was deleted automatically due to non use (read terms of use).
