Hola.

No se que ocurre. Tengo mis cuenta bloqueadas o no he podido recordar mis contraseñas. Creo haber leído, que tras 2 meses de inactividad, las cuentas se bloquean. No me funciona la opción: recupera tu contraseña.

Mis nombres de usuario son: Sherpico y Poseidon. Ahora tengo un gran problema, no puedo registrar mi ID con otra cuenta nueva, porque estaban registrados en las 2 cuentas que tengo bloqueadas. Porfavor, como puedo recuperar mis dispositivos?

Escríbanos, por favor, a deleted indicando los nombres de sus usuarios, el nombre o el ID de la unidad que tenía registrada anteriormente y el e-mail con el que quisiera registrarse de nuevo. Lo vamos a comprobar localmente.

Why is the account blocked?

ibizapro2, email info@ibizaprodj.com is used in the account "ibizapro2" which was created yesterday 2017-10-12 00:20:11

Account "ibizapro" does not exist in the data base. It was deleted automatically due to non use (read terms of use).

It's been 3 days since my friend and I are trying to reset the password.
because he forgot the login and password.
but the email to reset the password never arrives ..

hi I'm the owner of imei 351608081325925 the ALLANCP15 was helping me. I was able to create another login in the email genivalaraujo1968@gmail.com but I could not add the imei351608081325925 the site says that it is being used in another account that in the case is my old login in that email. Could you delete it from the old user please.

Hello... my account seems to have expired as I’ve not used it. Created a new account but now I can’t seem to set up my tracker as I assume the device ID and phone number can’t be used again...?

Is there anyway I can use the same tracker on a new account.

Thanks I have set up a new unit with out, the phone number but it's still not working.

 

I know it's my fault..I had set up the original account with a yahoo email and user name jonnyp when this expired I used a gmail account still with jonnyp and then an icloud account and the user jonp. 

 

my device ID is 4210381623

 

Can you delete all my accounts so, I can start again, please...?

 

One other thing.. the device I have is an LK210, I can pick this on the iphone app and select it as a device but on the windows setting it's not available.

jonp, accounts can only be deleted upon a request from the registered email.

For example, if you ask I can delete your jonp account. But if you ask to delete something else, you need to login under that user and send a message.

 

Currently, ID is used in the account jonnyp. I can not delete it. You need to login as the jonnyp and post a message here.
