HI,

     I have recently bought tracker,i can get the unit to give me a grid reference when and contact it no problems but I unable to get it to work with your software, can someone please point out were I'm going wrong, I Followed all manufactures instructions as per attachment

 

 for TK102B, my IMEI is 355488020144596 and my network is uk EE pay as you go.

Did you send command "#IP#123456#193.193.165.166#20765#" ?

Dear Sirs,

 

I am writing to you from Poland. I have got a GPS TRACKER.

The model of the GPS is: TK102,/not Xexun / IMEI No is: 359710040138548.

I have bought it in Germany in 2013. It’s name in Germany is Chal-Tec GmbH model CB-102.

 

Unfortunately I am not able to set it up on the GPS ORANGE TRACE SERVER  (not Wialon). I have tried many settings at address: IP193.193.165.166 for PORT:20157, 20222, 20462, 20668, 20558, 20405,20275,20709,20504,20726,20765,20281,20100,20346,20359,20509.

For above mentioned settings on the GPS ORANGE  TRACE SERVER  I have used the following all TK models and others. (XEXUN TK102, XEXUN TK103, XEXUN TK103-2, GPS103-B,China106,GPS103B,RILLA,

BlueberryGT06,RillaG19,COBAN GPS102,IB-GT102,ZXSSeries,Blueberry GT06,GT06,GELLIX2,T2-AVL05,BBEAR,INTELLITRACK-U1).

I also tired to identified it by IMEI, O plus 11 last digits IMEI and SIM card number plus prefix +48 -- without any positive results.

 

The GPS tracked is efficient, it answers on sms’commands. I set it up on server: gpswebtracker.com at the IP address 50.116.3.123. 6000 as the model TK102 and it works on-line.

 

I have already set a few GPSs up from series TK on your server Gps Orange Trace.

 

I kindly ask you to give me the appropriate settings for this model (TK102) to be set up on the GPS ORANGE TRACE SERVER.  Without this information my GPS is not used.

 

Please help me and give me helpful directions.

I have a new TK102B clone, it is registered at racemap test page as TK102BV5 protocol. It sends following data:

I have found it is TK103 protocol, and it works with TK103 protocol on any other GPS tracker site. However, on gps-trace.com it does not work.

 

It works with your test site setup to port 20222, and reports ID = 087073882858 but it will not show up in gps-trace.com when set to Xexun TK-103.

 

I have set it up under car tracker, because I not finds TK-103 as personal tracker.

 

I guess most trackers sold today (clones) are of my type. I have bought three trackers different sites as TK102B, and they are all that type.

JEDMAD, it most likely has a slightly modefied protocol. So heartbeat packets might be recieved succesfully at id.wialon.net but data messages stay unparsed at gps-trace due to protocol differencies.

I would suggest to use alternative sites.

I can see that it is a few characters in the stream that differs, and that the other servers not look at.

 

To the team at wialon.com - hope you one day will implement my tracker, since I like your site very much.

JEDMAD, we already support over 1200 devices. There is no reason to add modified Chinese protocols.
