Hello once after connecting to the site, when I click on "go tracking" (https://svcs.gps-trace.com/) the hourglass is running some time and come back on the startup page
I tried with IE, Mozilla and Chrome, but the problem is the same
Can you help me

If you get an error "Item with such unique property already exists" so it actually means that there is already unit with such properties in the database.

You need to check fields "Phone number" and "Unique ID" first and try to change them.

If you still experience problems you can send a request to support@gurtam.com with ID which you are trying to add to your account.

Try using a direct link:
(LOGIN=your user name, PASSWORD=your account password)

Indeed the problem persists
I can put me on the portal but I can not access the site "go to tracking"
after 3 seconds I am redirected to the gate.

Please write us a request at support@gurtam.com also mention that you have tried:
direct link;
different browsers.

Hi After installation when i tried to login with my unitn account it shows " Access denied: you cannot access the system" Please help Thanks

Hola, creo que he creado dos cuentas y ahora es un lio acceder por lo que no se si mi xexun funciona correctamente. 

A ver si alguno me podeis ayudar a dar de baja una.

Have created a new account to track my bike and although i can use the mobile app  and the old site no problem , I cannot login to the new site as it says i need to use the activation email, The problem is I never got one, I have resent the request for hte email several times but it does not appear. I know the email address is correct as i can see it in my settings using the old site.

The account name is Bandit6600_tracker, Just ask if you need the email addy aswell

There is no account with name Bandit6600_tracker in the data base.
