Hello.

I bought from China tracker, it should be TK102B, but is sending strange requests.

I created own server for test to catch request from it. And I am receiving strange requests.

(087071647923BR00151009A4842.2089N02115.6914E000.50601280.000000000000L00000000)

Data are comming in brackets.

Imei of my device is: 352887071647923

So the first value in request is not equals with my IMEI.

Did you notices the same problem?

Thanks.

You need to contact the manufacturer and ask for the communication protocol.

Once you get such protocol you will need to implement it on your server so the incoming data is interpreted and processed into actual coordinates and other information like speed, course so on.

Hi, Orange Guru,

I've been using your system for quite a while, with my "tk102" at least thats what I think it is :).

It works fine through the sms system but when I use it with the gprs and try to locate it on your map, I only manage to get the last position where my vehicle was parked. I can't track my vehicle while in movement. I have to log out and back in again to track the vehicles movements. Any idea?

Thanks for your help.

I suggested to use our app which is a mobile copy of the monitoring site.

But I think you problem is connected with device itself because it simply does not send any data.

If you want to delete your account you need to send us a request to deleted

If you need only to delete a unit so you can easily do it yourself (double click unit name and search for a button "Delete").

What concerns ports, so you need to check it by yourself in the HW list.

In case you have a genuine Xexun TK102-2 use 20668 port.
