"Hash check not passed" - None there!

Hello,

 

I'm trying to register my device through the App Tag Orange.

Registration page requests Username, email and password but when entered returns the message "Hash check not passed".

I think from reading older posts that this is a spam check? - but there is no image or entry box for me to enter...can you help??!!

When entering a GPS Tag Orange for the first time you do not need to register anything you simply fill in login and password for your current account ("Lenros").

If you still face any problems please provide a screenshot.

I have same problem using a Huawei p8 lite. I have created an account at Gps-trace orange and can log in and enter "gps-tag" device and unique i.d. etc. However, when I try to log in on the Huawei with the same username and password I get the message "hash check not passed" I cannot log in to the account. I don't see any other options to get around the issue. Any ideas?
