Tracks not showing up?

Just wondering if something is going on with the service.  I have not used it since December but I turned my device on and tracks are not showing up.  I'm using the Wialon IPS protocol and I'm monitoring the communication across the network and the server is replying with #ASD1# indicating everything is fine.

i disabled the trip detector for your unit, it may affect track viewing, so when you choose the track for the whole month it appears now.

It's still not working.  Last track on record is something like December 29th.  I looked at the communications data on my end and it is still responding with #ASD1# .  Are you seeing the data come across the server on your end?

Please disregard the message. I was able to figure out the problem as it was on my end and not yours.  Unit is tracking again, thank you very much.
