504 Gateway Time-out

The server didn't respond in time.

After successful log in - I am getting 504 Server Time out  after "Go Tracking"

 

( on Mac Chrome( Current Version) , Windows 10 Chrome ( Current Version)  Windows 10 Firefox 39.0.3 ( Current)

 

My Device is connected to 193.193.165.166,Port 20488

 

Am I missing something?

 

Please help

I had that yesterday too - on Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 and Safari, Opera and Firefox browsers.

 

Today it is back to endless loop, as in when I click on GO TO TRACKING the main portal page just reloads ...

 

Was quite happy to use the old tracking interface, but it is no longer supported. Looks like I'll be limited to iPhone app  :unsure:

Just to update on the problem of continuos loop I was having, when svcs.gps-trace would redirect itself to gps-trace - turns out the problem is with my account somehow - maybe it's the [fat dot] [•] character in my user name, don't know... I setup a test account on advice of forum admin, and it worked fine - I was able to navigate from main portal page to map page. 

 

Now the problem is - my tracker is registered and setup perfectly with my 'proper' account, and I can't add it to the 'test' account without deleting it from the main one, which I do not want to do.

 

It would be great if admin can look into my login details and perhaps change these, without me loosing the entire setup? It doesn't have to be the current username. Hell, I'd sign in as Cheburashka, if I have to  :D * ... as long as I can keep the present unit and settings intact.

 

 

* for the uninitiated - Cheburashka is a funny furry little creature from a 40yr old Russian cartoon  :rolleyes:

So, instead of changing my LOGIN name, the admin changed displayed name, now I can't access the account to delete the tracker!

And I still get the perpetual loop, because the login name contains the stupid fat dot character, that your system can't handle ...

 

Could someone please look into this! Preferably just fix you system, failing that, please delete David•GPS account completely, including the tracker, so I can register it with a new account.

Alright, panic is over. Apologies for somewhat melodramatic posts from three different accounts - it was remarkably inconvenient time to lose the tracking ability ...

 

Anyway, many thanks to admins and online support chaps - everything is working fine now with this new account. Phew!  :rolleyes:
