hey there!

i can`t login onto my account - it says wrong login or password.

i never changed it, but when i try to reset i get

"Oops! Something went wrong!"

message.

my login mmtrans.

Please help me. i have a account "han rahma" i can not access my email and i forgot this password on my gps account. unit type Gosafe G91I imei 9170410037 can you send my password in my new email : asshofaonline@gmail.com

Livio, ID 355227042331942 is not registered in the data base.

As for the account "Livioch" the name is correct but the registration email was Livioch@1544896823. Therefore you do not receive anything.

Last login was on 2018-12-31. Try to recall a password of wait for another 90 days before this account will be deleted automatically.

plant1, you can not restore your password because the account "mmtrans" was deleted due to non use.

potopitu3, last login to the account  "han rahma" was on 2019-01-14. We do not send any passwords to the users as you can reset a password yourself.

i understand what do you say, but, the only thing for me is now waiting??

 

i create a new account, this: Livio, and i cant add an tracker because this imei is already exist.... Please delete the imei 355227042331942, i now you say there is not registrered in the data base, but always when i tried to register this TK 102, the system inform me this item ist already exist...

 

is there a way to change my mail adress to the correct adress??

 

Or is there a problem whit my number of the telephon? 07748734XY

 

im not sure if the imei or the number the problem

Livio, ID 355227042331942 is currently used in the account "Livio", which is registered to the email "mail@livio.ch". The unit name is "Logger1", the device type is "Xexun TK-102".

So right now, this device is created in your active account. Login via the main page http://gps-trace.com/en/index.html click on the big orange button "GO TO TRACKING". You should see your unit in your account.

I cannot access my account anymore (most likely 90 days rule). Neither password reset nor crating a new account does work. It faults with "email address already in use". Account name is GMSC. I also tried to create the account Solartracker through the phone app. Which seemed to work but I can't correct the email address on the Solartracker account. When I log on at gps-trace.com with the Solartracker account a window pops up requesting to enter a valid email address and I my email address is not accepted (email address already in use). In order to make this post I created a new email account that I linked to the Solartracker account. Can you please look into this? I'd like to use the GMSC account and my regular email.

Solartracker, the GMSC account was deleted due to non use. You can use your old email now.
