Registration successful but cannot sign in

Hi I have been registered with email mtms@inbox.com but it will not let me sign in, I have signed up again today with hq@midlandstms.co.uk I have activated through email but still says my log in and password are incorrect

both accounts are active, please check if you enter the correct username and pass.

I found that the username is case sensitive so if you have a capital letter make sure you use that.

Please, clarify your issue. May be you can not enter monitoring interface?

Same for me.  Is there a delay between registration, payment, and actual access maybe?

Our service is absolutely free. You can register account for free no need to pay for anything.

I have same problem it doesn't let me login even after I reset my user name and pass word this is a load of xxxx we pay for something and then spend hrs tryn to log in.... What's the go ?!!??!!!???!!?!

A couple of posts above it has been written: "Our service is absolutely free. You can register account for free no need to pay for anything."

Besides this point is also mentioned in Terms of use for the service.

I have the same problem. I could solve it by login using the forum login box, and after that switch to the portal. Now i'm logged on and can use the tracking. But if i try to logon directly at the portal, it isnt working and says that username/password ist not correct. The same issue with the iphone app.

I have activated my account but when I click on go to tracking nothing happens and I cant get the system to work. can you please direct me on how to get this working
