i am very new in this reputable forum, how ever i have issues with my tracker tk103 admin ip and i want to change it to another tracker stuff. Please can somebody tell the command to erase the previouse adminip and port, and put a new one there i believe my tracker is coban because it has 15 digit imei. Thank you so much.

please somebody help , am still in a fix, i have been waiting to see my device tk103 imei come up in the trace device table, all i could see was xexun tk-102 with 15 digits just like mine, and xexun tk103 but with 12 digit imei,. i tried the 102 format no show, i tried the 103-2 format no show[it has 15 digit] i tried the GPS103 all didnt come out for recognition, please somebody help.

first note of your IMEI number:
1-enter the apn your simcard ( apn123456 + space + your apn name)
2 if you use apn username password ( up123456 + space + user + space + password)
3 directs the data to wialon id checker ( adminip123456 + space +193 193 165 167 + space + 20558)
4 check that your IMEI appears on http://id.wialon.net/
5- redirects to orange apn server ( adminip123456 + space + 193.193.165.166 + space + 20558 )
that's it

I have the same problem. I followed the above mentioned steps but nothing show at the id.wialon.net site.
Please assist. I have a GPS103-B tracker
Also, how do I clear the apn password and username? MTC Namibia do not use username and password, it must be blank.
