Thank you, the unit is no longer on the bar at the bottom of the page.

 

If i now try and reload the unit, the save button changes to Error and it does not save
 (see attached)

Hi!

I think the solution is to remove my ID for me to sign up it again. Can you remove my ID? It was used in another account that went wrong.

I do not speak English, I use the translator, sorry!

gpsbill, you have one unit in your account.

You can delete it by yourself (see the pic below)

Ok, but I have an old account (gpsbillx) that I tried to sign in with the ID 359710040694458, however, it doesn't work. So, I create a new account, and tried to insert the same ID (359710040694458), but appeared the following message: "item with such unique property already exists"

 

PS: I 've delete Unity in Old Account but the problem continues.

 

Old account : gpsbillx
Current Account: gpsbill

Hi, this was my first account. I created this account and insert an Unit bat it dont work. After, I deleted the unit but, when I try to insert again, with the same ID, I dont work.

There is one unit under "gpsbillx" account without ID.

There is one unit under "gpsbill" account with ID.

 

So enter the required account and click Delete button to delete a unit completely or simply empty the "Unique ID" field.

Hola

A ver si alguien me aclara, necesito empezar de nuevo con mi cuenta, tengo tres dispositivos pero sólo uno es el que vale, el caso que no se conecta y la web no te deja corregir errores, no te deja borra en mi caso, dos de los dispositivos.

En definitiva me gustaria resetear mi cuenta y empezar de nuevo.

An account can been deleted only upon a receiving a confirmation from your email to the info@gps-trace.com

 

All the units can be deleted by yourself. Just double click on a unit and you will see the "Delete" button.

Hello , I can not recover the account because not I get the confirmation email , I just create a new and does not let me create the device as this Added to the old account .

Please, help me!

I was tracking normally with an imei, but then my brother deleted... Now I'm having sucess about add the same imei, I just realized that I dont have the full number (I lost the 2 finals numbers) and I was trying all numbers and I'm not getting that :(
When I put the chip phone number it show that this already exists :(

sitikomarudin, just leave this field empty.

A phone number is not required and it does not matter if add it or not.

hi, I´m from Spain. I want delete all my accounts, ID and names because I can´t enter on page gps-trace with three unit or three telephone number.

My accounts are:

After i want create a new account.

Bagai mana cara menghapus unit yg lama supya diganti dengan akun yg baru

 

Saya tidak bisa melihat lokasi dan tidak bisa log in

Tolong kasih tau ya

Perangkat saya gt06 sya tida bisa masuk ke gps trace arange bagai mna cara masuknya ? Malah ada bacaan error hadoooooh
