My device is not in the list

In case you have a tracking device that is NOT listed in the supported, then you have following options:

1. double check both lists by clicking on the "+" button in the lower left and right corners;

2. check supported devices again.

 

If a tracking device IS listed in the supported but is NOT shown during unit creation, write here device model for additional check.

If a tracking device is NOT listed in the supported then you need to send us (post it in this thread) its communication protocol. You can get protocol only from a device manufacturer.

Hello. Need some help please. I accidentally deleted a device (864180031535342) and when I created it again device type GPS103-B is not on the list and device cannot be tracked. Thanks

jpchaud, I see there is a unit with a device type GPS103-B in your account and it is working. Did your resolve an issue?

Thanks, Pach, for your answer. I was trying to connect a second unit to my account. I tried double clicking on "+" signs, with no results.

Hello i have Hardware type of GT06N , but there’s no chioce of that type of hardware . (Even Concox GT06N is not available too)

Any help ?

Hi Guru I have a GPS-Tracker Hangang TKMARS and a TKSTAR TK  905. I cannot find them in the list? Can you help me? Thank you very much.

Roland-1, yes, it is not in the list because it is not supported. But your can check the following thread or this one.
