Hello, I bought several gps tk103a without remote control and they work fine, but I could not connect them well with the Orange Trace platform:

It informs the server and appears online, but intermittently loses location and jumps into the sea or any other place ..

I tried to configure the TK103a using the ip 193.193.165.167

According to the tests, the imei is recognized by the following models:

But it gives me problems with the route reports.

This is the imei of the device:

35288707752XXXX

Manufacturer DEAOKE

The problem I see is that the device with any of those models does not disconnect when the vehicle stops.

And of the same makes those lines to the sea

What will be the model to transmit well in the Orange?

Please, can you help me? I do not know how to solve it

Sincerely

dfon81, it basically does not matter if you change device type. It is a tracker itself that sends GPS jumps:

2018-07-28 12:06:43 0 -84.0885838888, 9.94358777778 (11) Costa Rica
2018-07-28 12:06:53 0 84.0885788888, -9.94359 (10) Ocean
2018-07-28 12:07:03 0 -84.0885816667, 9.94359166667 (10) Costa Rica

gps-trace is the receiving side. It shows what it gets.

May be GPS antenna is located incorrectly, may be the device just does not work properly.

But of 5 installed happens with all the same

I do not think the gps antenna fails, because the location by exact sms

I connect with gt06 and the same thing happens

Why connect with all those models?

dfon81, first of all stop changing device type. According to the logs you did it 5 times already:

2018/07/31 00:33:42:939: [INF:] update avl_unit hw type: name:'gpscarlos'; hw_name:'GT06'; user:'gpscarlos';
2018/07/31 00:36:51:165: [INF:] update avl_unit hw type: name:'gpscarlos'; hw_name:'Xexun TK-103';
2018/07/31 00:38:33:970: [INF:] update avl_unit hw type: name:'gpscarlos'; hw_name:'Concox GT06F'; user:'gpscarlos';
2018/07/31 03:54:52:511: [INF:] update avl_unit hw type: name:'gpscarlos'; hw_name:'GS503'; user:'gpscarlos';

The problem with your device is that is sends coordinates in the following way:
2018/07/30 05:19:15:378: GPRS MSG(Concox GT06E): ID: 352887077521510, IP: 186.96.86.102, MSG: TIME: 05:19:13, TYPE: 0x12, LAT: 9.91596444445, LON: -84.0699333333, SPEED: 0, COURSE: 0
2018/07/30 05:19:20:670: GPRS MSG(Concox GT06E): ID: 352887077521510, IP: 186.96.86.102, MSG: TIME: 05:19:03, TYPE: 0x12, LAT: -9.91597277778, LON: 84.0699383333, SPEED: 0, COURSE: 0

LAT: 9.91596444445, LON: -84.0699333333 it is Costa Rica

LAT: -9.91597277778, LON: 84.0699383333 it is Indian ocean

We changed it because the same thing happened in all the devices

Today they sent me the manufacturer's protocol and I sent it to support@gurtam.com

GT06 appears in the protocol, with that we leave it in Orange Trace
