Need help,

I cannot connect because I'm not sure regarding the devide I have.

It is stated GT02D, but it isn't. 

With SMS command 902# it stated GT02-61M-V8.20.00_170717

With imei.info and IMEI 355227045545878 it is a:

CWM930 MODULE
RIVIERA
IMEI: TAC: 355227 FAC: 04 SNR: 554587 CD: 8
 
The SIM card is working fine in another know device.
 
Somebody can help me? Appreciated

test3thuis, the community is almost dead. No one is willing to help but everybody are searching for help.

So the best solution is to either contact the manufacturer or to buy genuine devices.

Hmm it is pity.

Is it possible to check the log?

Got it working. It's seen as a TK11o and need to strip IMEI  to 11 char and add a zero in front of it.
