because of getting some wrong positioning i reset my device and after that lost tracking at all, now i cant see my device on map!

yousefg, an ID is fixed in the device's firmware and in most cases can not be changed.
Check your device at id.wialon.net

i checked that before, and didn't get any response there too
before resetting device every thing was ok, i mean Port and IP

yousefg, it is most likely settings issue, not ID.
May be you've also reset APN configuration along with the Port and IP.
