My device is not in the list

supported devices support hw device tracker protocol

In case you have a tracking device that is NOT listed in the supported, then you have following options:

1. double check both lists by clicking on the "+" button in the lower left and right corners;

2. check supported devices again.

 

If a tracking device IS listed in the supported but is NOT shown during unit creation, write here device model for additional check.

If a tracking device is NOT listed in the supported then you need to send us (info@gps-trace.com) its communication protocol. You can get protocol only from a device manufacturer.

My unit is not on the map list, it is however in the device list.

This is confusing to us at best, as the item has several different identities from different suppliers.

Mine is from ShenZhen LHYK Communication Technology Co., LTD and is identified as a LKGPS LK210.

The item you have listed is from another supplier of the same product.

Mine is a 3G unit, the one you listed from XEELECTECH IS A 2G UNIT.

 

Please update this and change this for future users.

Include the proper Protocol for the LK210 3G.

Michael eBike, LK210 is the vehicle type device, so you need to click the "+" icon on the right where a small car is drawn not bicycle.

Hello. Need some help please. I accidentally deleted a device (864180031535342) and when I created it again device type GPS103-B is not on the list and device cannot be tracked. Thanks

jpchaud, I see there is a unit with a device type GPS103-B in your account and it is working. Did your resolve an issue?

Thanks, Pach, for your answer. I was trying to connect a second unit to my account. I tried double clicking on "+" signs, with no results.
