In case you have a tracking device that is NOT listed in the supported, then you have following options:
1. double check both lists by clicking on the "+" button in the lower left and right corners;
2. check supported devices again.
If a tracking device IS listed in the supported but is NOT shown during unit creation, write here device model for additional check.
If a tracking device is NOT listed in the supported then you need to send us (email@example.com) its communication protocol. You can get protocol only from a device manufacturer.
